A simple and delicious overnight French toast casserole that you can prepare ahead of time.
Ingredients

- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
- 6 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Grease a baking dish.
- Place the cubed bread in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the mixture over the bread.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- The next morning, preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Drizzle melted butter and maple syrup on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- You can add fruits or nuts for extra flavor.
- Best served fresh out of the oven.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for a few days.
