- 1 loaf of bread, cubed
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add cubed bread to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.

- Serve with fresh fruit or whipped cream.
