- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
Instructions
- Wash and prepare all fruits.
- Combine strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, mango, and kiwi in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and poppy seeds.
- Pour dressing over fruit and gently toss to coat.
- Serve immediately or chill for up to 2 hours before serving.

- Use ripe but firm fruit for best texture.
- Adjust honey to taste if fruit is very sweet or tart.
