Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Add milk to the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Fill muffin cups with the batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- Store muffins in an airtight container.
- Best enjoyed fresh.
- Substitute strawberries with blueberries if desired.
