- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 30 minutes until the filling is bubbly.
- Cool before serving.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
