- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package of graham crackers
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking dish to form a crust.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Add sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream and mix well.
- Layer the sliced strawberries over the crust.
- Spread the whipped cream mixture on top of the strawberries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
- Adjust sugar according to your taste.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
