- 2 lobster tails
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and add buttermilk.
- Dip each lobster tail in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture, and finally roll in breadcrumbs.
- Carefully place the coated lobster tails in the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve immediately.
