- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Split the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
- Coat the lobster tails in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Carefully place the lobster tails in the hot oil.
- Fry for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
