  2. Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
  3. In one bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, whisk eggs and buttermilk together.
  5. In a third bowl, place breadcrumbs.
  6. Dip each lobster tail half in flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  7. Fry the lobster tails in hot oil until golden brown, about 4-6 minutes.
  8. Remove and drain on paper towels.
