Ingredients

- 2 cups plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
- 1/2 cup honey or agave syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mixed fruits (strawberries, blueberries, bananas, etc.)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
- Pour the yogurt mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
- If you don’t have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for about 3-4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until it is smooth and creamy.
- Once the yogurt is frozen, scoop it into serving bowls.
- Top with mixed fruits and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
- Serve immediately or store in the freezer for later.
Notes
- You can use any fruits you like or have on hand.
- For a dairy-free version, substitute yogurt with coconut yogurt.
