Description

A refreshing and healthy frozen yogurt topped with fresh fruits, perfect for a cooling treat on a hot day.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1/2 cup honey or agave syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mixed fruits (strawberries, blueberries, bananas, etc.)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Pour the yogurt mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  3. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for about 3-4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until it is smooth and creamy.
  4. Once the yogurt is frozen, scoop it into serving bowls.
  5. Top with mixed fruits and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.
  6. Serve immediately or store in the freezer for later.
