Ingredients

  • 4 frozen lobster tails
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Thaw the lobster tails in the refrigerator overnight or under cold water for 30 minutes.
  3. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise.
  4. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
  5. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and add garlic and lemon juice.
  6. Brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake the lobster tails for 15-20 minutes until the meat is opaque.
  9. Serve with extra garlic butter on the side.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can sprinkle paprika on top before baking.
