A simple and delicious frozen lobster tail recipe that you can prepare at home.
Ingredients

- 4 frozen lobster tails
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Thaw the lobster tails in the refrigerator overnight or under cold water for 30 minutes.
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of the lobster shells lengthwise.
- Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan and add garlic and lemon juice.
- Brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake the lobster tails for 15-20 minutes until the meat is opaque.
- Serve with extra garlic butter on the side.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle paprika on top before baking.
- Make sure not to overcook the lobster.
