- 4 frozen lobster tails
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Thaw lobster tails in the refrigerator overnight or under cold running water.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center.
- Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve with extra butter sauce.
