A delightful and refreshing dessert made with vibrant fruit gelatin topped with fluffy whipped cream.
Ingredients

- 1 package Fruit gelatin mix (Any flavor you prefer)
- 1 cup Boiling water
- 1 cup Cold water
- 1 cup Whipped cream (For topping)
- 1 cup Fresh fruit (For garnish (optional))
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, dissolve the fruit gelatin mix in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
- Add 1 cup of cold water to the mixture and stir well.
- Pour the gelatin mixture into a mold or individual serving cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Once the gelatin is set, remove from the refrigerator and top with whipped cream before serving.
- Garnish with fresh fruit if desired.
Notes
- You can use any flavor of gelatin you like.
- For a creamier texture, you can fold in some whipped cream into the gelatin before it sets.
