A delicious dessert pizza with a cookie crust, cream cheese topping, and fresh fruit.
Ingredients

- 1 package (18 oz) sugar cookie dough
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups assorted fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwis, blueberries, etc.)
- 1/4 cup apricot jam, warmed
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Press the cookie dough into a greased 12-inch pizza pan.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Let cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
- Arrange the sliced fruit on top.
- Brush with warmed apricot jam for a glossy finish.
- Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use any fruit you prefer.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- For a firmer crust, pre-bake for an extra 2-3 minutes.
