- 1 package sugar cookie dough
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the sugar cookie dough evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
- Let the cookie cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie.
- Arrange the fresh fruits on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Slice and serve chilled.
