A simple and delicious fruit pizza made with a sugar cookie base.

- 1 package sugar cookie dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, kiwis, blueberries, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Press the sugar cookie dough into a pizza pan to form a crust.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie crust.
- Arrange the fresh fruits on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Slice and serve chilled.

- Use any fruits you like.
- Keep the fruit pizza refrigerated until serving.
- You can add a glaze with fruit preserves for extra flavor.
