A simple and delicious fruit pizza made with a sugar cookie crust.

- 1 package sugar cookie dough
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread sugar cookie dough on a pizza pan.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie crust.
- Arrange mixed fruits on top.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
