Description
A delicious fruit pizza made with a sugar cookie crust, topped with cream cheese frosting and fresh fruits.

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (for frosting)
- Assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together sugar and butter.
- Add egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture.
- Spread the dough onto a pizza pan.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool completely.
- In another bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar with vanilla.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie crust.
- Top with assorted fresh fruits.
- Slice and serve.

- Chill the cream cheese mixture for easier spreading.
