Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together sugar and butter.
  3. Add egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture.
  5. Spread the dough onto a pizza pan.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool completely.
  8. In another bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar with vanilla.
  9. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie crust.
  10. Top with assorted fresh fruits.
