- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in sprinkles gently. Divide batter between pans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool cakes completely before frosting.
Notes
- Use gel food coloring for vibrant layers.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
