Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese.
- Spread beef mixture evenly over tortillas.
- Roll tortillas tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Melt butter in a skillet and add minced garlic.
- Cook rollups seam-side down until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
