- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook chicken in skillet for 5-6 minutes until browned.
- Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add asparagus pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return chicken to skillet and stir.
- Sprinkle lemon juice and chopped parsley.
- Toss everything together and serve hot.
