Ingredients

- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast asparagus for 12-15 minutes until tender.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken pieces, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Drizzle lemon juice over chicken. Serve with roasted asparagus.
