Description

Tender steak bites and crispy potatoes cooked in garlic butter and herbs for a quick and flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes until golden and tender.
  3. Push potatoes to the side and add steak bites.
  4. Sear steak for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  5. Add butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
  6. Toss everything together and cook for 1 more minute.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve immediately.
