- 1/2 cup (120ml) milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Boil potatoes in salted water until tender (15-20 minutes).
- Drain potatoes and return to the pot.
- Mash potatoes with a potato masher or fork.
- Heat butter and minced garlic in a small pan until fragrant.
- Add garlic butter, milk, salt, and pepper to the mashed potatoes.
- Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Serve warm.
