Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place salmon and shrimp on a baking sheet and drizzle half the garlic butter mixture over them.
  4. Toss broccoli and corn with the remaining butter mixture and spread around the salmon and shrimp.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon is cooked and shrimp turns pink.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
