Description

Ingredients

  • 12 oz pasta
  • 4 sausages, sliced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook sliced sausages until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add cooked pasta and sausages to the skillet. Toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy.
