Ingredients

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 9 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Add cooked tortellini and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired.
  6. Serve immediately.
