- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 9 oz cheese tortellini
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked tortellini and toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired.
- Serve immediately.
