Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

- Add butter and minced garlic, stir for 1-2 minutes.
- Boil potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain potatoes and mash with milk, butter, and sour cream.
- Serve steak bites over mashed potatoes.
