  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz twisted pasta
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tbsp butter and sear the steak bites until browned (3-4 minutes). Remove from the skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, Cajun seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir until the sauce thickens.
  6. Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet and mix with the sauce.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
