A delicious and hearty meal featuring juicy garlic butter steak paired with cheesy Alfredo tortellini.


Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) ribeye steaks
  • 1 (9 oz) package cheese tortellini
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook tortellini according to package instructions, then drain.
  3. In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Sear steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  5. Remove steaks and let rest. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and Parmesan to make Alfredo sauce.
  6. Toss tortellini in the sauce and serve with sliced steak.
