Description

A delicious garlic butter steak served with cheesy linguine in a rich four-cheese sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) ribeye steaks
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz linguine
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup grated Mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup grated Cheddar
  • 1/4 cup grated Gruyere
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove steaks and let rest. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir in all four cheeses until melted and smooth.
  6. Toss cooked linguine in the cheese sauce.
  7. Slice steak and serve over cheesy linguine.
