Description

Ingredients

  • 2 beef steaks (8 oz each)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Season steaks with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove steaks and set aside.
  5. Melt butter in the same pan and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Return steaks to the pan and coat with sauce.
  8. Serve immediately.
