Ingredients

- 2 beef steaks (8 oz each)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Season steaks with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook steaks for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Remove steaks and set aside.
- Melt butter in the same pan and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Return steaks to the pan and coat with sauce.
- Serve immediately.

- Let steaks rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Adjust cooking time for desired doneness.
