Ingredients

- 2 ribeye steaks (8 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Season steaks with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Sear steaks for 4 minutes per side.
- Add butter and minced garlic, baste steaks.
- Remove steaks, let rest.
- Cook tortellini as per package instructions.
- Heat Alfredo sauce, mix with cooked tortellini.
- Slice steak, serve over tortellini.
- Top with Parmesan and parsley.
