Description

A flavorful dish combining tender steak with creamy cheese Alfredo tortellini.


Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks (8 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 package (9 oz) cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear steaks for 4 minutes per side.
  4. Add butter and minced garlic, baste steaks.
  5. Remove steaks, let rest.
  6. Cook tortellini as per package instructions.
  7. Heat Alfredo sauce, mix with cooked tortellini.
  8. Slice steak, serve over tortellini.
  9. Top with Parmesan and parsley.
