Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Flatten chicken breasts and spread the cheese mixture evenly.
- Roll up each chicken breast tightly and secure with toothpicks.
- Brush rolls with olive oil and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place rolls in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
- Remove toothpicks before serving.
