- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika

- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut chicken breasts into thin strips.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add chicken strips and cook until fully done (5-7 minutes).
- Lay out tortillas and evenly distribute cooked chicken and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Roll tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes until cheese melts and tortillas crisp slightly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
