A delicious and easy-to-make garlic cheese pull-apart bread, perfect as an appetizer or side dish.

- 1 loaf of bread (unsliced)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the bread into 1-inch slices without cutting all the way through.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley in a bowl.
- Spread the butter mixture between the bread slices.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese between the slices.
- Wrap the bread in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Unwrap and bake for another 10 minutes until cheese melts and bread is golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
- Add extra cheese if desired.
- For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes after baking.
