Description

Juicy chicken skewers marinated with garlic and served with a flavorful pyramids sauce.


Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, cubed
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix chicken, garlic, olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  4. Grill on medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
  5. Mix yogurt, tahini, and parsley for the pyramids sauce.
  6. Serve skewers with sauce on the side.

Notes

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use.
  • Adjust spices to taste.
  • Cook until chicken reaches 75°C (165°F).
