Juicy chicken skewers marinated with garlic and served with a flavorful pyramids sauce.
Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, cubed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Mix chicken, garlic, olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Grill on medium heat for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Mix yogurt, tahini, and parsley for the pyramids sauce.
- Serve skewers with sauce on the side.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use.
- Adjust spices to taste.
- Cook until chicken reaches 75°C (165°F).
