- 4 large bell peppers (any color)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, and oregano.
- Stuff the peppers with the chicken mixture.
- Place the peppers in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until tender.
- Serve warm.
