A simple and healthy dish featuring garlic-marinated chicken with fresh broccoli and spinach.
Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 500g)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Season chicken with minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
- Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add broccoli and sauté for 4-5 minutes until tender.
- Add spinach and stir until wilted (about 1-2 minutes).
- Drizzle with lemon juice and serve with the cooked chicken.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- Serve with rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
