- 1 loaf French bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice French bread lengthwise.
- Mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread butter mixture evenly over both halves of bread.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.
- Place bread on baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes until golden.
- Slice and serve warm.
