Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are delicious bite-sized snacks filled with ground beef, cheese, and garlic parmesan flavors. Perfect for parties or quick meals.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir well.
- Remove from heat and mix in cheddar and parmesan cheese.
- Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece.
- Spoon beef mixture onto each biscuit. Fold dough over filling and seal edges.
- Place bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Add diced onions or jalapeños for extra flavor.
- Serve with marinara or ranch dipping sauce.
