Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are delicious bite-sized snacks filled with ground beef, cheese, and garlic parmesan flavors. Perfect for parties or quick meals.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Stir well.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in cheddar and parmesan cheese.
  5. Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces. Flatten each piece.
  6. Spoon beef mixture onto each biscuit. Fold dough over filling and seal edges.
  7. Place bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm.
