Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Spread ketchup on top if desired.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For crispier top, broil for 2-3 minutes after baking.
- Substitute ground turkey if preferred.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
