- 1/4 cup ketchup (optional for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Shape mixture into small loaf shapes and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Optionally, brush with ketchup before baking for extra flavor.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
