- 2 boneless chicken breasts, diced
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until browned.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in heavy cream, parmesan, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Combine cooked pasta with the chicken mixture.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with mozzarella.
- Bake for 15 minutes until cheese melts.

- Substitute half-and-half if heavy cream is unavailable.
