A delicious and easy-to-make sandwich with garlic parmesan chicken, melted cheese, and toasted bread.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and olive oil.
  3. Bake chicken for 25 minutes or until fully cooked.
  4. Shred the cooked chicken and mix with parmesan cheese.
  5. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  6. Place chicken mixture and mozzarella cheese between bread slices.
  7. Toast in a pan over medium heat until golden brown and cheese melts.
