- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and olive oil.
- Bake chicken for 25 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Shred the cooked chicken and mix with parmesan cheese.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place chicken mixture and mozzarella cheese between bread slices.
- Toast in a pan over medium heat until golden brown and cheese melts.
