Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Preheat grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix chicken cubes with olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Thread chicken pieces onto skewers.
- Grill or bake for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over skewers in the last 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with dipping sauce or side salad.
