- 2 halibut fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix parmesan, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush halibut fillets with olive oil.
- Press the parmesan mixture onto the top of each fillet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
