- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush halibut fillets with melted butter and olive oil.
- Coat the fillets evenly with the parmesan mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and flaky.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
