A delicious and easy-to-make halibut dish with a crispy garlic parmesan crust.
Ingredients

- 4 halibut fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush halibut fillets with melted butter and olive oil.
- Press the parmesan mixture onto the top of each fillet.
- Place fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and fish flakes easily.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh halibut for best results.
- Adjust baking time based on thickness of fillets.
- Serve with lemon wedges for extra flavor.
