- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Brush each chop with olive oil on both sides.
- Dredge each pork chop in the Parmesan mixture, pressing firmly to adhere the crust.
- Place the coated pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
