Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Brush each chop with olive oil on both sides.

  5. Place the coated pork chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the pork chops in garlic and herbs for a few hours before coating.
  • You can use panko breadcrumbs for an even crunchier crust.
  • Serve with a side of vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
